Yes, you can enter more than once, provided you do not exceed the maximum ticket limit shown for that competition. 

Yes, costs are included in ticket purchase prices.

Each competition includes a question as part of the entry process.

The question must be answered as part of entering the competition. Please make sure you check your answer carefully before completing your purchase.

We aim to make sure prize images and descriptions accurately reflect the item being offered. However, minor differences in packaging, presentation, or manufacturer imagery may sometimes occur. 

If you believe there has been a technical issue, incorrect charge, or duplicate payment, please contact us as soon as possible with full details.

Where we confirm that a fault on our side has caused an incorrect charge or materially affected your entry, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where justified.

The draw will usually take place once:

• all tickets have sold; or 
• the competition closing date has been reached, 

whichever happens first.

Subject to status of 50 percent tickets reached,.

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, there is a maximum of 10 tickets per person, per item subject to staus. 

If this limit is exceeded, MadComps UK may refuse, reduce, void, or cancel the affected entries in accordance with our rules.

If MadComps UK cancels a competition before completion, affected entrants will normally be offered a refund or another appropriate remedy in line with our Refund / Cancellation Policy and applicable law 

Each competition will clearly show the number of tickets available.

Unless otherwise stated, competitions may operate with a 100 ticket cap per competition.

MadComps UK operates as a not-for-profit business.

As a skill-based prize competition site, 50% of its profits are reinvested into future inventory, and the other 50% is donated to various charities and initiatives towards building a better future.

Winners are drawn LIVE on whatnot and Madcomps Uk's other social platforms.  Winners are normally contacted directly using the details provided when entering. This may be by email, telephone, or another reasonable contact method.

We aim to show accurate prize images for each prize competition. Product listings will make clear what is included. (100 Tickets to every item) 

If you submit an incorrect answer, your entry may be invalid or ineligible under our Competition Rules.

No refund will be given for entries submitted with an incorrect answer, or where a customer has completed the purchase process after selecting the wrong answer, save where refund is required by law or where the issue has been caused by an error on our website or systems.

A refund may be considered where, for example:

• MadComps UK cancels a competition; 
• a technical or administrative error on our side has materially affected your entry; 
• duplicate payment has been taken; 
• the prize becomes unavailable and no suitable remedy is offered; or 
• a refund is otherwise required by law.

Yes. We reserve the right to refuse, void, cancel, or disqualify an entry where, for example:

• the answer submitted is incorrect; 
• the ticket limit has been exceeded; 
• payment is unauthorised, reversed, or charged back; 
• false or incomplete information has been provided; or 
• we reasonably believe the fairness or integrity of the competition has been affected.
